Inside Sales - Customer Support Coordinator
The ideal candidate is a positive team player that is detail oriented and motivated to excel in a sales and customer support environment. Along with possessing a solid blend of communications and sales skills, this position requires a very organized individual with the ability to multitask, use computers and software applications to perform efficiently in a busy, growing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating sales order processing/tracking,
- Customer support and supporting outside sales managers and sales channels to expand worldwide sales.
- General sales and administrative support to sales managers, customers and sales channels such as quoting and miscellaneous office assistance.
- Must be motivated to learn the basics of an industrial product line and related markets and to apply their sales, customer support and administrative skills to help increase sales by maintaining a well-organized, successful sales cycle.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Technical experience with industrial products is a plus but is not required. Experience supervising support personnel is a plus. Computer skills including demonstrated proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet are required. Experience with sales data bases such as SalesLogix or ACT is a plus. Two years of experienced preferred.
Educational Requirements:
