Production Supervisor

We are looking for an intelligent, energetic candidate to supervise the day-to-day activities of our production department.  This position is a combination of production scheduling, technical assembly, quality control, engineering assistance, and customer support responsibilities.  There is room for growth in this role for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Supervision of the production department ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operation
• Electromechanical assembly, programming, testing, production and quality control
• Validation testing, building prototypes, CAD
• Plans manufacturing production schedule, ensuring proper staffing needs are met
• Plans and conducts employee training per ISO 9000 standards
• Quality control and inspection of all products

Education and Experience:

• Requires an ASEE or BSEET and/or 2-5 year’s experience
• Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics, good soldering skills and ability to troubleshoot circuits
• CAD and mechanical skills a plus
• Excellent communication and computer skills are required
